For the week ending Jun. 9, U.S. weekly corn export sales were 140,935 MT (5.6 million bushels), down 50 percent YOY. Outstanding sales were about 10.6 MT (417.3 million bushels), down 11 percent YOY. Top buyers for the week included Mexico (89,500 MT), Japan (76,500), and Colombia (34,000 MT).

Weekly corn exports were just under 1.4 MT (55.1 million bushels), down 17 percent YOY. Cumulative 2021/22 exports stood at roughly 49.1 MT (1.933 billion bushels), up 3 percent week on week.

Total commitments reached nearly 59.7 MT (2.350 billion bushels), 89.1 percent of USDA’s 2021/22 season forecast.
