Soybean exports for the first week of July continued to pick up by 27.3 percent from the previous week, putting accumulated shipments at 49.7 MMT (1.8 billion bushels). Weekly net export sales, on the other hand, declined to 80,587 MT. Outstanding sales were down to 2.9 MMT (107 million bushels). 

The week of Jul. 6 saw soybean export volumes to China up by 61.8 percent week over week, barely raising China’s share of U.S. total soybean exports to 1.8 percent. Net export sales recorded for the week under review were 3,063 MT. 

Weekly soybean exports to Mexico slowed again by 25 percent to 33,730 MT with outstanding sales at 602,524 MT. Weekly net exports sales to the country further decreased to 33,262 MT.
