Out of an initial allocation of 1.117 million metric tons raw value (MTRV), 100,07 MTRV of raw cane sugar will be reallocated to other TRQ-eligible countries.

Most countries receive between 1,000 and 4,000 MTRV, but the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) will be reassigning higher volumes, as well: 22,464 MTRV to Brazil, 12,859 MTRV to Australia, 7,437 MTRV to Guatemala, 6,662 MTRV to Argentina, 6,352 MTRV to Peru, and 4,494 MTRV to Panama.
