For 2019/20 through August—11 months of the market year—U.S. sugar deliveries for human use and products re-export totaled 9.48 million, down 2.7 percent from the same period last season.

The top use category, bakery and cereal, is also reported down 2.7 percent YOY at 2.43 million STRV. Deliveries to the wholesale sector, however, are up 0.8 percent. The third-largest category, retail, is up 8.2 percent YOY.
