From October through March, U.S. sugar deliveries for human use (and products re-export) totaled 4.57 million STRV, down 1.7 percent from the same period a year prior.

Deliveries for the top two sectors were down YOY, bakery and cereal down 1.6 percent, and wholesale down 0.8 percent.

Sugar deliveries for the confectionery category were down 13.3 percent YOY. Presumably, the market was leery ahead of a second pandemic Easter
